Game wont work!

    I have bought the game via steam. updated java. now everytime i try to play the game it loads up to the JJW game part then crashes i have reinstalled it 3 times and it is doing the same thing

    Thanks! I'm not sure but it appears it is related to your graphics card. What graphics card do you have?
    Just for the case: If you're having two graphics card (Intel HD + dedicated card), you have to specify that the game should use the dedicated graphics card

    Okay Intel HD... Do you have a second graphics card? If you're using a laptop, can you tell me the name of it?
    The game requires at least an Intel HD 3000. Can you please also tell me what's next to driver (also in dxdiag display tab, I need version and date)?

    i am using a Laptop and i dont think there is any other graphics card. The laptop is an asus X54C.

    when i click to update the driver it says it is fully updated but still wont let me play the game? the game keeps crashing then closes itself down

    I have had no problem with any other games apart from this one drivers are up to date and all of the java is installed yet it is still crashing and starting to get annoying since i paid for the game...

    Please install 64 bit Java if you have a 64 bit operating system. It is necessary to manually download it, don't let Java do the job for you, it will only download and install the 32 bit version.     It seems that you're having an Intel HD 3000 (at least as far as I can find out about the Asus X54C). The driver version from your last post is from 2011 (8.15.10.2559), the old Intel drivers have some bugs, especially related to OpenGL (so other games could work, since most Windows-only games use DirectX). Intel already released newer versions, fixing all those major bugs. The latest driver version is 15.28.22.3517 (2014/10).

    yeah i found the driver but it keeps saying my computer doesnt meet minimum requirments to download it so im a bit confused lol

    I have the same problem on a laptop ASUS k52je 7win 64x game will not open! I paid for it !! Bought through Steam!
