this is a tricky one
first you need world edit
select an area of 8x4 and 2 high
then "/we fill farmland"
take the bleuprint and put it over the farmland
so now you can plant something in it(see pict)
and if you don't wanna fill it with sand you can put planks in it (or what you like)

Nice blueprint, but I think you cannot load the carrots and plants. That's sad, I know its a bit tricky to set them
on the right position. -

that is right but when you place the farmland it's not that hard to plant the carrots and patatoes
the tricky thing is to place the fishtank on top of the farmland -
