How do you move items that have been placed?

A new update (0.9.2) is available now!

    I have finished a wall on my first building and installed a wooden door. My placement was a little off and now there is a gap between the door and the wall. Is there a way to move the door so that I don't have to destroy this one and waste resources with a new one?
