I cant Start My Rising World Its says Errorcode 190 and when i press ok than its shut down the game Pls Help me.

Please try again and see if the issue still persists. There was a problem when the Steam API was offline, but we implemented a workaround for this situation, so the game *should* start now anyway. Otherwise, please let us know

Have you been able to create an account or login previously? Eventually try this: Rightclick on RW in Steam -> Properties -> "Set Launch Options" and type "+debug" (without quot. marks), then start the game, and once you got the error, go to the game directory (rightclick on RW in Steam -> Properties -> Local files -> Browse local files) and open the "info" file with a texteditor, then copy the content and please post it here. -
