Hi another question. it is possible to load a larger area chunks? if so how do I do that, I can adjust the building height?

What do you mean exactly? There is no real limitation to the world generation, i.e. it will always generate new chunks (once requested).

No, although the world is not limited horizontally, it has a fixed vertical size. You cannot adjust the height of the world.

You can see an example clear that you play continuously 2x get loaded once blurred (far away) another time with more details (closer) Now the detail section is right for me to minecraft could you be an example to set the server 50 chunk around load

higher buildings. one of my players has a tower and sits at an altitude that he place a block that gets transparent

The view distance can only be changed clientside. You find it in the graphics settings, "view distance" (less details) and "detail distance" (full details).
