authentication not possible no authentication when trying to connet to server

It seems you cannot connect to the HIVE. Is the connection perhaps blocked by your firewall or antivirus program?

When you are in main menu, what is about the icon at the top right? Is it red or green?

Having this same issue. Icon on the main menu shows that it is connected but when I try to start a single player server, or join a multiplayer one, I get the error.

Hello guys & gals, new to the Family since a few days & i really enjoy the game even tho i keep losing connection
time after time! Losing connection mostly after someone new logging in to the server, i been playing on the
" Deadlands" server" for few days now and almost finished building my 1st Casa... Witch i can't finish since
i can no longer access the server since last night? I can enter all other server but that one i get the
"cant get in" response always & then i need to go in my "Task Manager" to manually close
the Rising World Program!

Here's a 3rd picture i just noticed, when i go on "Rising World" in my Steam account i see the
"Lost Connection & Server list in the background of my main Steam page?"
It does go away if i access an other game.. Weird?? lol

i'm having thee exact same issue.did you find a solution?...i'm getting nowhere and i've got 24 hrs in on this server!

I also am having the same issue. No authentication. the computer in the upper right is red. Disconnected. I have made no changes other than a reboot. I have been able to connect to my server for the past 24 hours but cant for the past 2 or so. I can see that there are currently 2 playing on it. I am running the steam version of the game

Does it still happen? Some Steam servers had been down last night, causing issues to authentication.
