The chat is very stable and glad we can communicate in game. However, I wish we could:
Fade the window out entirely and/or lock it so it does not constantly fade
Add chats channels such as Marketing/Building/Private chat
Eventually:
Change text size and color
Chat additional settings

The first two you cannot do yet, but you can change the text colour by setting up permission groups and setting yourself in one of those groups.
Another way would be to write a small plugin that intercepts chat messages and sends them in the new colour instead
(I can help you with that if you want to) -
Plug ins are not possible on my multi-player but I can do it on my single.
well that depends on if you are the server owner or not
but if you want a simple plugin to change the text colour for your SP I would be happy to write one for you
