I don't supposed Minotorious you know how to set guests entering a server to the Guest group automatically (he who art of great knowledge and wisdom)?

You can set a default group for new players, in the server.properties. but those who are logged before the change won't be in that group

+1 just make sure you have a group named "guest" (case sensitive) in the permissions/groups folder
