I cannt get player.setPermissionValue("general_fly", true); to work

Permission Key "general_fly" not found

This is unfortunately a bug. All permissions which use a primitive data type (boolean, int, float) don't recognize the class when setting it via API and throw an exception instead. This issue will be fixed with the next update
