I am in need of a plugin (area protetion W/O perotection)

I have Tried to make a plugin thAT Uues the Area select tool, and i cannot get it work, when i go to make it, its static, i dont know how to
imake it bigger or smaller, could someome help me get it started or something???

the way the area selection tool works is that you use the Player.enableAreaSelectionTool() method and then the player can use the arrow keys and/or numpad and/or PgUp and PgDn keys to make it any size they want, just like it works with blueprints.

e.g. from my Portals plugin:
