How to Resize Posters by aspect ratio.

I created a YouTube video on my way of resizing posters to the correct aspect ratio.
Way too difficult to explain in text.

@Hudson555 When I click the link, it says "Video unavailable: This video is private"

@Batta I just set to unlisted. I'm reorganizing the channel & had set a bunch of videos to "Private".
