Allow rebinding of console key(s)

Hi Red,

I can't remember if I've asked this, sorry. It would be nice if we could select our own keybind for the console. I like to use tilde for my Discord PTT

I'm not red, sorry for that.

But you could change the console key from
input_console=KEY_GRAVE (German keyboard)
to
input_console=KEY_TILDE or whatever

You have to open the config properties to make the changes.

I hope that answers your question. This setting will change the opening of the Rising World console, but doesn't change any key in Discord.

hmmm, since changing that, my game is chewing up 100% CPU. This will require further diagnosis.

Key changing has nothing to do with CPU. That must have another reason.
