What does the ranking in the server browser affect? I mean ... why is a server on "rank" 1 or on the last rank?

We will change that. There is no particular reason in that "ranking", it depends on which server first time "logged in" on the master server.
For the next update or the update after the next we will implement a way to sort the list

Yes, a way to sort the Server Browser by Name, Slots etc. is a nice Idee. This makes it easier to find a Server for the Future.
