Sorry for the late response! This "z-fighting" happens if planks are placed too close to a wall (so basically the game cannot decide which object is actually in front of which other). You can try to keep a small "offset" between the plank and the wall (so the plank is always in front of the wall), or alternatively you can try to enable the logarithmic depth buffer. To do that, go to the game directory, open the config.properties file with a text editor and set "graphic_logarithmic_depth_buffer" to true, then save the file and run the game again
