People are going to get tired of hearing me but. Rising World mission statement is "This is your world, this is Rising World!"
If Red messes with the core and makes the people and server owner do things that will no longer be the case.
Now of course the different servers will have different ways of playing which it should be. BUT... for something to be hardwired into the game to make it not my world well...

I know right now they are a lot of "Creative" servers out there, but I think with guns and armor that will change.
In fact I am thinking of making my test server PVP... So the code in the server would be handy.
Mods and add ons would be another way of changing the server with out messing with the core.

Wellll go to your control panel, dump temp files in java, Un install your java. Go to ninite,com install java from there, They don't load you up with a bunch of toolbar's. Restart your computer. Maybe update your video card drivers.

So I hear but I have an issue with my brain (insert jokes here ) I get migraines and up to about five years ago I was able to play just about any game. Then the lots of movements would start to get me then the flashes.I played Titian fall for about 10 minutes and got a 3 day migraine for my troubles!!!

Now I am playing Rising world which I love but I can play for an hour or so before I get sick. I am hope the silky smooth frame rate will help.

I hear they have an operation where they scoop part of your brain but I would have to hope they get the right part .

Maybe dump your temp files and java temp files? Are you updating from Steam?

@ ArcticuKitsu I remember you had an issue with your computer when the last? update came out. Sadly the curse has been past to me... My video card is going out, it is under warranty but unfortunately I will not be able to see the silky smooth frames. So sad

Hmm I stand corrected and maybe being my usual lazy self Only looked at the front page. You have to go see popular tags, scroll past (do they really have games that they tag nudity? I know Rust but....) a bunch of games down to bottom of list but I did find a game that may work for what I want. So after my nap from all this exertion I will check it out.

I was just curious if anyone else notice the change in game types? There isn't FPS any more, well any that I can see, there are action but..... I looked in Steam which it use to have. Steam even took away my FPS tag! GOG does not have FPS listed anymore.... Any thoughts on this development?

I was able to get the link below to get the beta version of the game and upload it to my server. I was chicken and just used it on my test server

It was actually a joke if anyone plays on my server the "EYE IN THE SKY" see all knows all.
People really freak out when you ask them what are they getting out of their chest.
Helps with the trouble makers also.....

I would love to see Steam engines!!! Trains, cars, trucks. You can do a lot with steam!! Even clean carpets .
Another idea would be wood gasoline. I think it would be neat to see the old wood gas burning trucks out there again...

PS once you are in the game ping does not seem to matter "much". I have played on servers with 700 ping. That is using my phone as a hot spot and that is tricky but doable

Being a few miles away and a couple time zones this will arrive to you tomorrow.
You could try my server it is not in the hive per se (resistance was not futile it seems) it would be an interesting to see if you could.
Mine was one of the few that was still running when RW went down a couple weeks ago.

Ever time I see see some one talk about forced limits on the game I remind them the games mission statement. " The world can be completely deconstructed without any restrictions. Everything you see can be changed.This is your world, this is Rising World!"

Besides I have some really big TALL roads that no how would confirm with the law of physics so I would cry if those came tumbling down.

Hmmm so when Red is down we are all down? I am a bit confused because I do not host thru "the" data center so? OR is it because we are a hive mentality and resistance is futility ?

So this morning tried to get on RW and nothing on my favorite list, nothing, nothing on regular list. Slowly servers came back mine then others. Ant thoughts on this?
