I still can't wait to get the player update. I'm such a huge fan of customization, that even though it's just a foundation, for me it will be a big, big thing. It's the one thing I've dreamed of seeing in this game since I got it. I wish Red51 would tell us a bit more about how it's going. I know he won't give an ETA, but at least I wish he'd give us a % done or something. I'm also super hyped about nature becoming an actual survival challenge. That's one thing Minecraft never did that I wish they had. Sure, there were mods, but keeping all of them updated when the game updated was always hard(oftentimes only some of them would update with a new minecraft version), and sometimes there were strange bugs and stuff. To know that Rising World is going to do much of this natively makes me very happy.

As all that hype energy has to go somewhere. I wrote a giant review for the game... but now it won't fit on Steam. I need to fix that now!

Geduld ist wichtig. Ich habe RW einem Freund gezeigt. Er denkt, es ist beeindruckend, besonders so früh. Wenn das nächste Update ankommt, wird es noch besser. Ich möchte eine positive Bewertung schreiben. Das wird ein wenig helfen, denke ich.

I, too, am guilty of the same. And when nothing's said here, I also check the Steam discussion. And I'm also playing RW and writing a little in-character journal of this particular game, documenting my faceless character's life as a cave dweller. It's been fun and, well, it'll be an interesting kind of read later, when more content comes in and I go and look back at what was already possible even now.

That's okay. It's just stuff that happens.

Yeah, just ripping assets from the game is pretty.... yeah. Bad.

Here's hoping that Nintendo does the new RPG right!

I never said Pixelmon was stealing something. Only that it's the victim of those that actually do steal (like ARK, maybe? I can't comment on ARK, since I'm unfamiliar with it). Because if every person respected others' properties in the first place, the laws that eventually led to Pixelmon's untimely and sad demise wouldn't need to exist in the way they do.

I do think we need better copyright laws, but that's another topic entirely.
