What estate would be complete without a workshop and stables? These separated structures where once part of the estate, but can now be placed separately.
-
Just beyond the edge of town, at the tree line, is the Forest Estate. A cozy yet refined home with expansive kitchen and dining. A master bedroom with 4 post bed and a loft office complete with marble desk.
-
As essentials go, what town would be complete without a Stable Shophouse. An all in one structure that has ample stable space, 3 shops and 2 dwellings all in one 3 story building.
-
As villages and towns are built, they often gain many structures by the same hand. As a result, some plans are reused and repurposed to create other useful quarters. Such as the Village Cafe!
-
Every town, whether coastal or not, has some type of craftsman or cook. It often is the most essential or vital role of that town or village. For example, the Village Blacksmith is vital to all horseshoe and metal needs. Whether you seek armor, horse shoes, or a strong gate, the Village Blacksmith is vital to any community.

Part 3 coming soon!

Some of the more accomplished members of town may show it through their lavish homes, elegantly decorated and draped in color. With enough space to entertain and hide away with a book, this house offers 3 balconies and plenty of "choose the image yourself" poster placements, used as rugs and wall paintings. Captain's Quarters is one of the finer homes in town and you'd be delighted to get an invite to such a residence.

A larger timber stilt house shields a massive paddock for boats and plenty of dock space including a furnace area. Above is a two room, simple and practical work space and bedroom. Topped with terracotta, this "Thorpe Stilt house" can be seen in more arid climates.
-
Some neighbors like to share the cost and build two on a foundation. Such as this Bridgewater Tandem. A shared balcony and foundation, this half stone foundation and half stilted tandem home, gives two dwellings. A cozy kitchen, dinette and bedroom with a large attic space above.
-
Progressing to a slightly larger home with built in furnace and shop space. A small paddock for horses or animals with double doors. Stoneridge home is a cozy work space with a nice back balcony to relax in the sunset.
-
There are many types of seaside homes. They can range from a simple 4 wall shack to a multi-story home with ample room for work spaces. The simpler homes tend to be smaller, like the Evergreen Shack. It comes in two forms, with or without a dock and is a tiny cozy home just big enough for a kitchen and bedroom.

You do such a great job on these builds! Very inspiring! 👏
-
Sooooooo love your builds.... all of them!!! These are brilliant, although I won't download them - instead I will use them to inspire my own unique builds.... hopefully!!!
Great work by you, as always
Thank you!
Wow... I love it... so cozy... how did he make that spiral staircase?...
that's what was going through my head while looking at your buildings. Really well-built, and I'm looking forward to part 2.
Thank you! I like your medieval castle complex, very cool! The way I do the stairs is rounded blocks snapped to the same corner and rotated 15 degrees each as they are stacked. Then I manually place a post in the middle. 😀

Part 2 coming soon!

And you can't keep the fleet moving without a proper boat workshop!
-
For the fishing and trade communities, an abundance of boats requires storage, like this arch top boat storage with built in hoist! (boats not included)
-
For the craftsman who does not need much to live, the boat house workshop is a simple and effective boat storage and living space.
-
Others prefer a cheaper method that gives great views. Like this Bridgewater Stilted house.
