A new update (0.9.2) is available now!
Latest Hotfix: 0.9.2.1 (2026-05-13)
    1. Ability to craft metal ladders for a more modern look.
    2. Random shooting stars at night.
    3. Random fireflies at dusk.
    4. Random butterflies around flowers.
    5. Craft T-shirts with customizable colors and or uploadable graphics.
    6. Skeleton model for player
    7. Ability to craft a book for others to read that you can paint any color, to decorate a library shelfs. Option to leave book opened on surface also. Something like the journal you pickup and can read.
    8. Sea life
    9. Ability to build livable bases underwater
    10. Rare solar eclipse
    11. Gold & silver coins
    12. Ability to craft various types of jewels
    13. Rare chance to get struck by lighting for severe damage or possible death when wandering around during storm in open areas
    14. Sulfur should be findable in the hell region.

You can't access the lights properties without destroying the Light Block which is not ideal. And some instances you might want to do ring light block and have the light source at the center, in which case having the model non visible whould be good.

It would be aesthetically useful to disable visibilty for light source models because there are some instances where you would want to fake light emission from a Light Block Construction. I guess an invisble block would be used for raycast detection to access the light after disabling the model visibilty.

Caves are fairly safe as of now. Goblins can change all that.
Inspirational music I made: Click here to watch and listen

Goblins can inhabit certain areas of the underground as their territory.

Also at night goblins might attack in small groups targeting livestock.

    Goblin loot:

    • Skulls and bones of previous victims and various animals.
    • Gold Coins, Silver Coins, Copper Coins, and Jewels stolen from previous victims.
    • Goblin soup, Terrible! Thought to be reserved for captured enemies. Survivors oft deemed it as poop soup.
    • Goblin style Daggers, Short Swords, Bows and Arrows.
    • Voodoo dolls...
    • Goblin mystery meat. Could be good, probably bad.
    • Mushrooms

The interactions with animals are interesting ideas. I like the summoning your mount idea.

Not everyone is able or willing to learn how to play music, so maybe there can be various song sheets you can find or make, though instruments should be playable like the piano key mapping as I mentioned previously above.

Finding a song sheet could then unlock songs to play automatically that have certain effects like calling your mount or whatever.

    Song sheet ideas:

Bird Song: If random birds were to get added they could gravitate to your area to listen when this song is played.

Storm Song: Some % chance of strong winds or rain when played.

Shadow Song: Skeletons are attracted and friendly when played at night.

    Potential Instrument Crafting Requirements:

Basic Wood Flute 1x Woodstick, Requires a Stone Knife or Hunting Knife, and a Basic Workbench
Acoustic Guitar 10x Lumber, 2x Iron Ignots, Requires a Hunting Knife and a Modern Workbench
Harp 5x Iron Ignots, 2x Gold Sheets, Requires a Hunting Knife and a Modern Workbench

The keyboard keys for the piano should be remapped to make it actually playable.
Playing black keys using Alt is not feasible.

Left shift would be lower octave

Right shift can be higher octave

Space key be for playing with sustain

    Like the following:
    A W S E D F T G Y H U J K O L P ; '

    • A Tonic
    • W Minor 2nd
    • S Major 2nd
    • E Minor 3rd
    • D Major 3rd
    • F Perfect 4th
    • T Tritone
    • G Perfect 5th
    • Y Minor 6th
    • H Major 6th
    • U Minor 7th
    • J Major 7th
    • K Octave
    • O Minor 2nd
    • L Major 2nd
    • P Minor 3rd
    • ; Major 3rd
    • ' Perfect 4th

Other craftable instruments could be an acoustic guitar or a harp and maybe a flute.

For a piping system, I think it could be something like the following:

There would not need to be not actual water physics for water flowing through pipes.

It would just be logic that says these pipes are connected so water can flow.

If the path of pipes become broken somewhere in between the source and the outlet, then there would be a temporary particle effect at the points of the break that depicts water coming out of pipes for a short time.

The outlet would be a nozzle piece with an on off option.

A raycast pointing from the nozzle determines where a splash particle effect is placed and the length of a clear cylinder with a water shader between the nozzle and the splashing particle effect.

    Pipe Components:

    2 way ║ pipe

    2 way ╚ corner pieces (Perhaps a right angle type ∟ , and a resizable curve type╰

    3 way ╦ piece

    4 way ╬ piece

A nozzle to turn water on and off

A pump to theoretically move water from the source (And as a resource cost to make this somewhat more of an achievment to accomplish)

Water physics can be implemented at the splashing particle effect below the on off outlet nozzle.

If water is piped to water feature for example, then the water feature would just appear to have water like a bucket does and particle effects can emulate splashing water.

A model mesh with a water shader can create the illusion of flowing water of the fountain.

You could drink from the fountian and fill a bucket with water.

If the fountain is destroyed then a water splash particle effect appears at the pipe of the water source for a short time.

If an outlet nozzle is destroyed, the same thing happens but the pump has to be turned on again after a nozzle is replaced.

Just thinking it through some, probably need some other considerations.

Beyond this there should be mushrooms for various uses.

Animal suggestions: frogs, butterflies, lightning bugs at dusk.

There should be crystals in caves that can be used as a resource and ornamentation.

Water fountains, maybe they can work from just pouring water into it with a bucket and then be able to turn it on and off. I suppose we don't need to over think realism so much.

Maybe a piping system to move water here and there.

Air conditioners for houses built in the hell regions which would make a sealed off construction be comparably cooler. If a door is open or a window is not sealed with glass then it would not work. Perhaps construction could be using: 50 Aluminum sheets, 10 iron sheets, 5 tungston wire, 1 circuit board.

Ability to plant flowers and other bushes.

Ability to add spin functionality to constructions, requires circuit board. Can set axis, spin speed and direction. Perhaps have a limit of spinnable constructions per area.

Flags that slowly flap in the wind. A long triangle type of flag that you can put a color too, and a rectangle flag that you can put an image onto.

Spot lights with an adjustable cone falloff.

    Sell blueprints in game.

When we place an item to be displayed in an ornamental fashion, often it will not appear when relogging into the game. We have found that eventually it does but sometimes it can take even a few actual days later for it to appear.
