A new update (0.9.2) is available now!
Latest Hotfix: 0.9.2.1 (2026-05-13)
  • Water fountains, maybe they can work from just pouring water into it with a bucket and then be able to turn it on and off. I suppose we don't need to over think realism so much.

Maybe a piping system to move water here and there.

Air conditioners for houses built in the hell regions which would make a sealed off construction be comparably cooler. If a door is open or a window is not sealed with glass then it would not work. Perhaps construction could be using: 50 Aluminum sheets, 10 iron sheets, 5 tungston wire, 1 circuit board.

Ability to plant flowers and other bushes.

Ability to add spin functionality to constructions, requires circuit board. Can set axis, spin speed and direction. Perhaps have a limit of spinnable constructions per area.

Flags that slowly flap in the wind. A long triangle type of flag that you can put a color too, and a rectangle flag that you can put an image onto.

Spot lights with an adjustable cone falloff.

    Sell blueprints in game.

  • Rising world make constant and steady progress, but at a moderate rate because the dev team is very small. Most of your points have already been raised by others peoples:

    - Water things (fountains, piping sytem) are a much anticipated but problematic feature. Liquid physics in video games can lead to plenty of very bad issues :/ However, Red has clearly stated on several occasions that it is planned (but probably not for soon). More realistically, we can perhaps hope for more conventional solutions without waiting years, such as fake water jets, waterfalls, static water blocks...

    - Plants flowers & bushes. Its clearly on the list and very much expected too.

    - Movable construction (spin and maybe more ...). Its a big improvment that could be on the long term list. It would significantly improve the game, but we will have to wait, as it's probably almost as complex to implement as liquid physics.

    - Blueprints enhancement. First thing is that blueprints must have a resource cost. This point seems to be on the short-term list (few months???). Secondly, blueprints must be tradable between players directly in-game. This isn't currently the case. Finally, it will likely be up to the servers to implement their own trading systems, which already exist on some of them.

  • For a piping system, I think it could be something like the following:

There would not need to be not actual water physics for water flowing through pipes.

It would just be logic that says these pipes are connected so water can flow.

If the path of pipes become broken somewhere in between the source and the outlet, then there would be a temporary particle effect at the points of the break that depicts water coming out of pipes for a short time.

The outlet would be a nozzle piece with an on off option.

A raycast pointing from the nozzle determines where a splash particle effect is placed and the length of a clear cylinder with a water shader between the nozzle and the splashing particle effect.

    Pipe Components:

    2 way ║ pipe

    2 way ╚ corner pieces (Perhaps a right angle type ∟ , and a resizable curve type╰

    3 way ╦ piece

    4 way ╬ piece

A nozzle to turn water on and off

A pump to theoretically move water from the source (And as a resource cost to make this somewhat more of an achievment to accomplish)

Water physics can be implemented at the splashing partical effect below the on off outlet nozzle.

If water is piped to water feature for example, then the water feature would just appear to have water like a bucket does and particle effects can emulate splashing water.

A model mesh with a water shader can create the illusion of flowing water of the fountain.

You could drink from the fountian and fill a bucket with water.

If the fountain is destroyed then a water splash particle effect appears at the pipe of the water source for a short time.

If an outlet nozzle is destroyed, the same thing happens but the pump has to be turned on again after a nozzle is replaced.

Just thinking it through some, probably need some other considerations.

Beyond this there should be mushrooms for various uses.

Animal suggestions: frogs, butterflies, lightning bugs at dusk.

There should be crystals in caves that can be used as a resource and ornamentation.
