I decided to set up a server and downloaded the files, Got everything done, except now when I start the server I get this:

The system cannot find the file C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath\java.exe.

Press any key to continue . . .

The file is there, but still, it says it's not. (I am using Java version 8, as recommended)

    Windows 10.

  • This message indicates that the "Java" environment variable isn't set up properly on the machine (therefore the "java" command does not work). Usually this happens if something went wrong during the installation, or if an antivirus program prevented Java from setting up the environment variable (during installation).

I'd recommend to uninstall Java completely then reinstall it. Also make sure to install the 64 bit version of Java.
