Crash when using the Iron Sledgehammer to remove blocks

As title says I am using the Iron Sledgehammer to remove some blocks and expand my house but after removing 3-4 blocks I crash with the error "object you tried to initiate is null" I'm gonna attach a picture of the error, this happened 3 times in a row
