I was in close range of this guy in the picture but because I was standing in the water none of the arrows were reaching me......
Something For Red to look at ........ Archer firing arrows but not hitting me while I stood in water.

red51 can confirm this also ... edited NPC ae the same when equipped with gun. they will fire, but miss. Seems to be an issue with NPC firing projectiles
