guys this sounds stupid but when I hovering my mouse over an item ( an axe) It shows the normal things like before: damage, DPS (idk what that is) and Pristine. Someone help?

"Damage" is the damage the tool/weapon deals per strike, and "DPS" is the "damage per second", i.e. how much damage you can deal per second if you keep hitting (taking damage and hit speed of the item into account)
"Pristine" is the current item condition - in this case, the item is as good as new. If you keep using the item, the condition will get worse over time.
