Now that the journal is added back into the Unity version, is there a way for server owners to add pages to it for explaining plugins, sever rules, etc., like we were able to in the Java version?

Unfortunately this functionality isn't available yet
But it's on our to-do list and hopefully we'll be able to add this with one of the next updates
