One thing I am thinking is an AFK flag so the admin can left the game for a bit. Then people do not get annoyed when the admin does not answer when they ask questions.

An admin is just as much a player as everyone else. If someone gets annoyed when an admin goes AFK without telling everyone, then as an admin I would consider whether I would continue to help such players with pleasure.
Apart from that, the idea isn't bad, of course.
