Well... For the upcoming Halloween, it just come to me to make the house of the most morbid but fun family in tv history, which I very much liked, especially the cartoons, and I still love to this day, the Addams family mansion 
Now, because I spend half a day at work, and Halloween is tonight, so I was on very tight schedule, I had to finish all with some changes that all Addams lovers will instantly recognize. So here are some:
1) There are many variants of the house, so if you remember something differently, you are right, but I'm not wrong
2) I could not find any pictures from the back of the house, that's why the back is just a straight wall with windows...
3) For easy changing any part to your liking, at least 90% of the blocks are not bigger then 1x1x1 and not smaller then 0,5x0,5x0,5. Very easy to change blocks, even if you just started this game.
4) Because of the time and my limited knowledge of perfect building, I did not do the roof windows. It would take at least one more day...
5) Because of the time I simplified the roof fence.
6) For unknown reason to me, the stairs clearly seen in the picture, are not in the blueprint. So you can put it however you like, but for the same from the picture, use concrete 607, size 3x1,1x0,3, and color is the same as the side with the pumpkin lanterns.
7) The house is full size, you can make rooms and even additional floors to live in. It can be scaled down to 5x3 blocks. I included here that smaller one, which you can resize to 0,5x0,5 to use as a decoration on shelves or tables...
8.) I did the painting last, so no time to change anything, but it was painful to see that the blackest black is chocolate brown on wood 135. That's why the roof seems like it's two colors... But again, big pieces, easy to change...
