F9 Protection in rising world how big can it be?

A new update is now available, introducing "Points of interest" and many more changes!

    it seems when I try to make a large area F9 just stops.

    On a side note how do you get it to start deep in the ground or in the sky?

    I have tried to use F5 to remove an area but that does not seem to work.

    Could you elaborate on that? :wat: Does than mean you want to create a protected area (F9), or do you want to use the terrain tools (F5) to remove part of your terrain?


    In general, you can drag the area with your mouse button. You can also use the arrow keys (and page up/down or plus/minus) to change the end position of the selected area. If you hold shift additionally, you can change the start position of the area instead.

    I am using F9 to protect the area but it stop after a bit. I have seen much larger areas on other servers so how can they do that?


    If I want to go deep and there is stone I cannot get F9 to start. Please advise

    Once you have started an area with the mouse, you can manually adjust the 6 different sides, the first 3 will be adjusted using only page up, page down and arrow keys. The other 3 edges use the same keys, but you must hold Shift key while adjusting. Hope this helps.
