cannot lay blueprints on their side

    I have several BP I use to be able to lay on their sides. I can no longer does this.

    I reset the keyboard settings, I can see when I hit the right ctrl it says manual position enable.

    All I can do is rotate it. Thoughts?

    This only doesn't work for me if terrain is included; otherwise, it works as usual with Page Up/Down and the Up/Down Arrow keys.


    A single click of Ctrl is the default key for locking objects.


    Holding Ctrl and using the Arrow keys or Page Up/Down rotates the locked objects in all directions.
