Well so my main steam account is locked in a steam familly... it used to be an old sharing group with my friends, but it got hacked so now I lost everything on my steam account... But I already made a new one, and I am not too sad, since all my games were bought on sale like I will do again on my new account. But that leads to a new question: I do still have the RW files, is there a way to move it, or get the standalone launcher with this files, or do I have to rebuy the game?

You can use all your files, no matter what account or version you use. The only thing is that you will be a new player in your worlds. That means you will start with an empty inventory.

If you had the steam version abs no access to this account anymore you need to buy it again. But you should be able to copy all the worlds and blueprints over
