I finally translated my German guide for beginners into English: Click
Maybe not the best guide, but very detailed, so this will hopefully answer most of the questions new players have.
Since English is not my native language, I highly appreciate all kind of feedback, even if you just "feel" that a word should be replaced with another or just spelling mistakes etc.
