Elevators

I second this. There was a vote for this back in spring with it probably being implied for electricity. It be sweet to be able to manually pull (winch) up and down an elevator object as well as electric for both "ages".

Elevators are planned The idea of "manually pulling" it up and down as long as no electricity is available sounds interesting, but I can't say much about that yet^^
