I just built the runway for my international airport, it looks beautiful but the lights are causing a ton of lag. will there be any kind of bug fix for this in the forceable feuture? Also the lighting effects are interesting, they make my runway look psycadellic.

It's looking really interesting
Unfortunately the lag is caused by the huge amount of lamps, every light has an impact on the performance. There will be some improvements for that, but I can't say for sure if this amount of lamps can be handled "lag free" (on the other hands, that always depends on your computer power).
A more general solution for that in the future might be the usage of few lamps only (this would also avoid the crazy bright lighting), and maybe some "dummy" lamps or turned-off lamps.
