I know this is too early, etc, & etc. I however saw this in 'Mount & Blade: Bannerlord' video coming out later that I just had to make note of it. Mount & Blade: Warband was awesome, yet this is now expanding on that with it adding much more to it. I have to note this now because I already lost my thought bubble earlier in the day when wanting to mention this.
My point of reference for this being at 7:00 to 7:47:
Being able to customize each part of the weapon, as in that video, would be sweet seeing as how we have that option already. Might as well customize the weapons if we're going to have weapons, and something to show Minecraft how it's done. You want realism, then look at 'Mount & Blade' Warband, as well as 'Bannerlord' for stuff. Any type of blade you would find in a history book should be craftable in this game that any blade & hilt/pummel should be interchangable. A 'weapons update' would work wonders for this nicely, if Red51 wants to dig nicely in there. Mostly for blades, really, that people might stay in medieval, or even make a weapons collection.
What I loved the most about Minecraft was being able to name & customize my diamond tools (pickaxe) that I wanted to save it. If we had that in this game it would do wonders for the tool rack we would get. That, and display cases, among various others. Museums would be spawned, as well as display areas in your homes & mansions.

Bonus Thoughts:
While on the topic of 'Mount & Blade' series the horses should move heavily & weighted as they do in Mount & Blade within Rising World. They should have actual weight to them in their animation, their function, and customization. You should take a bit to turn, to do things. The movement shouldn't be player responsive, yet a 'scale' toggle type manner. You should move a lever type thing to have the horse stay at a constant speed, yet when at full would revert to 'normal' running speed.
Can't wait to also start decorating them with various armor types, even decorational ones. Red & white, or whatever scheme we could. Iron chain mail, among various others. I really badly need horses in my world to go exploring. I mean, I don't have to, yet it's all for science & settlements.
Bonus #2:
8:19 is something I suggested before, yet being able to play minigames with yourself, other players, and even NPCs should be a thing. Playing chess, checkers, and/or whatever boardgame type game Red51 can program. Even deck of cards for blackjack, among others. Why? Roleplaying & immersion is why. It be fun seeing what these types of games would do in this type of Rising World game. People are creative when they want to me, and immersive also.
