it seems to only happen if I try to record the game I have a group youtube channel and Rising world is an game I upload if anyone has any ideas please help I'll post a link to a video which has the jumping issue in it here it is
any tips or suggestions about this issue is welcome 
are you sure you haven't got space bound to do sthing else in the recording software that would overwrite the RW key bindings? (try changing the jump key binding in RW to some other key and see if your issue persists)
Hmm... I see no reason why jumping would not work anymore when a recording software is active 
The only thing I can imagine is that the recording software somehow influences the input (as suspected by @Minotorious), specifically affecting the space key (I guess that's your jump key?)...
Did you try the suggestion of @Minotorious (changing the jump key binding to another key)?
That's strange... what recording software do you use exactly?
