"insufficient permissions" when trying to spawnnpc dummy

Elo, we have an admin that was able to spawn one npc and after that it says "insufficient permissions" anyone else having this problem. I can spawn them fine and i mentioned to make sure in gm 1 mode but same msg. Thanks.

Depends on if you are a set as admin on the server config. Server has to get rebooted after change

In order to spawn npcs, you have to allow the spawnnpc command permission for the particular permission group
