I am not able to place blueprints since last hot fix. I have jump into another server and same issue. also restarted game. Not sure if anyone else is having same issue or just me
last hot fix about 1 hour or so ago

This update will not yet replace the Java version, instead it is the actual content update. We'll provide more information about the transition together with the update.
