The next update will be available on Wednesday, December 18, in the early evening (GMT+1).

This update will not yet replace the Java version, instead it is the actual content update. We'll provide more information about the transition together with the update.

I guess I should have written this in English, not too much response from the German group, so I will post it here:
I am studying the Admin duties and I have so far secured about a dozen players land but I still have some questions. I
know that one little mistake could easily wipe out a players assigned domain and everything on it so I want to go by the numbers which will lead me to my question.

The player builds all the time and is running out of room. I already added some parcels bordering on the original selection
but it's time to consolidate all the parcels and make it one area again. /showareas looks like a mosaic. So here is what I plan to do:

1.) I plan to physically be in each of the assigned areas and in Chat, I enter: /removearea until every area that the player owns is cleared.

2.) Now I enter: /selectarea and using the red blocks I plot out the area that is already built up with structures and then
expand my selection to give the player more room on all sides,.... depths and heights.

3.) Next I rename the area: /createarea My home. By the way the name of the area does not go away when you first remove the area, it seems a phantom vanishing act that is only gone after the next log-in.

Now to my question, do I have to add the player back to the area: /addplayertoarea Admin Name (Name of player) or is he/she still owner of the property?

Furthermore, I don't believe that a new teleportation point : //tpa set Name is needed since that has not changed and the player still appears on the //tp list.

I am looking for someone who can proof read this and advise me if this is all correct. Any other information is appreciated as well.

    Thank you

Irgend
    was zusätzlich ist angenehm.

    Thanks Chris
When using /addplayertoarea Admin NAME, do you know if a first and last name works with a space in between, like Joe Blow or are only single names valid without spaces?

    Akeel

    Danke TutMeistensNix

    Gruss

    Hi
just learning some admin functional formats using Script. I have 3 questions:
1.) Is this the correct the format for moving players between groups: setplayergroup NAME GROUP?
2.) How can I expand a secured players area if he/she needs more room. Do you start over and just make the lot larger?
3.) I'm getting an error message after /selectarea and /createarea (both successful) but when it comes to /addplayertoarea Admin it will
not accept the name and says "Player name not found" although the players name shows up on the list when I display it using the TAB key.
Sometimes the player is also not able to build or craft items on unassigned space. He said everything was working yesterday.

    Thanks for any help

Smoke: EN: You can type "object technical_smoke 0" into console (to get a small smoke object), or "object technical_smoke 1" (to get a medium sized object) and "object technical_smoke 2" (to get a big smoke object). But don't place too many of them, since this may have a negative impact on performance ;)

It works great but how do you destroy it once it's set up?

Gut, danke.
    Nochmals, danke fuer deine Hilfe

PS My German isn't perfect but I'm trying...lol!

    Hi Deirdre
Meine intresse liegt hauptsaechlich
an die ID nummern der Baumgruppe.

    Danke fuer dein Hinweis

    Hi
    I took this from the /plantinghelp entry in chat: /planting <number of plants 1-1000 or more> <size of radius 0-1000 or more> <type of plant start 1-41> <type of plant end 1-41>

Where do I find the plant list of 1-41 so I know what type of plant a certain number represents? I found one list but it seems completely out of date.

    As always
    Thanks for any help

    Hi
I probably missed something but could not find the answer. I built an above ground basin and filled it with water. I didn't like it and destroyed the blocks for the basin the normal way, using the pickaxe but the water is still there, like a sheet about two blocks off the ground. How do I destroy it?

    Thanks for any help

    Thanks for the info Deirdre
Nachdem ich gestern all meine uploaded posters deleted hatte weil da so viele Duplikationen waren, fing ich von vorne an neue
zu uploaden und als ich zehn hatte bekam ich eine message "you have reached the maximum uploads" (oder so aehnlich). Heute morgen
Komish.

    Hi
I am trying to learn the Admin functions on how to manage a server. I found a previous post from Yahiggle, some time ago:

Quote: "there is a limit on servers i think its set to 10 but the admin can change this to any number they like i have mine set to 1000 if you managed to upload and see your images they should still be showing for you maybe the admin has removed them or you deleted your own files as i think the images maybe also on your own computer or did you log on with a new computer? anyway i don't know 100% how the images work but yeah maybe that's the problem lol"

I would like to know the command and/or the procedure to increase or decrease the limit of posters used on a server, either for the entire server or individual players. I have done extensive googleing
and found no answer, need some help in this area, please.
    Thanks

    Hi everyone
Here is my rendition of the International Space Station, it hovers peacefully above my village of 'Griffinfeld'. Half copied using pictorial guidelines the other half
pure imagination and that's what it's all about for me. The station is not finished, the many gadgets that can be added are almost limitless.

Since this posting I lost everything, no more Neighborhood, sorry I invited you previously but I am rebuilding, glad I saved most of it on blueprints.

Yes, that's what it was, I made the mistake of creating a shortcut to the game from my local Steam Library File "E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\RisingWorld" That apparently bypasses the Steam activation and causes the above error. If anyone is experiencing the same error and you want to create a shortcut which turns steam on, go to the Steam website and do the following:
    1. LC Click on your LIBRARY
    2. From the list of games, RC on the one you want to create a shortcut for.
    3. That brings up a dropdown menu.
    4. LC on Properties and from the Properties window that pops up, chose 'Create Desktop Shortcut".
Now when you use that shortcut it will turn steam on to run in the background, avoiding the Java error.

Ok red thanks for your quick reply, I'll make sure Steam is running, plan to play some more in a few hours.
Keeps amazing me how you find the time be so helpful to all of us with your seemingly unlimited knowledge
as a developer which made this great game, not to mention your outstanding client/player support!

    Thank You
