Please shutdown all background programs when running the game.
You could also try to manually assign memory to the game, I remember there was another case in the past with 32 bit Linux causing problems with default memory configuration (it was a little bit different though, the game was unable to start at all). Please rightclick on Rising World in Steam -> Properties -> Set launch options and try one of the following:
+memory 768 768
+memory 768 512
+memory 1024 768
+memory 1024 512
+memory 512 512 -

Be careful about Intel HD graphics cards, even the HD 4000 does not work when very old drivers are installed.
We tested the game with:
Nvidia Geforce GT 120
Nvidia Geforce GTS 250
Nvidia Geforce GTX 470
Nvidia Geforce GTX 560
Nvidia Geforce GTX 580
Nvidia Geforce GTX 675MX
Amd Radeon 5700 Series
Amd Radeon 6700 Series
Amd Radeon 7700 SeriesMost problems occur with low budget cards: Especially Intel has bad OpenGL support when it comes to those cards (in other words: the drivers have bugs concerning OpenGL, preventing the game from running correctly). The situation is getting more complicated when you have a laptop, in several cases you have to use custom drivers offered by the laptop manufacturer. Unfortunately they don't always keep their drivers up to date, so it's possible that the graphics card vendor (e.g. Intel) has already fixed the drivers, but the laptop manufacturer still only offers the faulty driver version.
So also be careful about this list! When only a faulty driver is available for your card, you will still run into trouble.
Least problems occur with Nvidia cards btw, they have the best OpenGL support so far (in terms of driver issues). -
Yeah last weeks of march kept us ultra busy concerning smaller things and bugfixes, as well as some stuff in this needless "reallife", that's why this update takes so long
We also spent a lot of time for preparing some bigger stuff (it won't be in the next update, and it will still take a long time, but you will definitely like it once it's ready).
Sorry for the lack of information, afaik there was really no english information in this board (but it has been mentioned in the Steam forum at least).
Believe me, it was really just an exception, especially since it's not going to be a very big update though (and 4 weeks are too long for small updates)

Hehe, well done, nice drawing!
Unfortunately our zombie dog is going to look slightly different
But we keep this suggestion in mind, eventually it may be another variation in the future^^ -
Hmm I guess that's a typical case of an english word with several meanings
Wikipedia tells me that lavatory may refer to a toilet as well as to "A washbasin for handwashing, a kind of sink". But if "washbasin" is more common, we will change it of course, especially to avoid incidents as shown on your picture

Thanks for the info! We've changed the texts

-
Do you use a modified version of the area protection script? Is the problem reproducible?
-
Things like racks (where you can store your tools) are planned, but unfortunately we haven't found any time to implement that yet

-
Did you try to reduce the view distance and detail distance in your settings?
-
Also wirklich nichts spektakuläres.
Was mich stattdessen schockiert: Der Name 'Meltron' ist random?
-
Naja was heißt nicht festgelegt.

True, "improved shelf" makes no sense
It's odd that the description on the other hand was correctly using "improvised shelf" though. Thanks for letting us know, will be fixed in the next version
-
Just let us know if the new graphics card still causes problems

-
It was our intention to limit the stacksize for some items, especially when it comes to food or tools. If you're able to stack food (especially meat, which restores a lot of hunger and health) up to 64, you could carry enough food for lifetime when going out to explore the world

Usually we would also limit the stacksize for blocks and resources, but that would - on the other hand - make building too complicated in our opinion (especially since you need a lot of blocks to build something). -

-
Thanks for the log! Everything seems to be fine there.
It's odd that deleting the file helped, but maybe some setting caused this strange problem. The main thing is, that it's working now
