Basically it should work, but the drivers for low-end graphics card often have a bad quality, especially when it comes to OpenGL, so I can't say if it will definitely work 
I'd recommend to buy a better card, especially when it's your intention to play games with it

Das sind quasi Debugausgaben vom Netzwerksystem, kein Grund zur Sorge In der obigen Ausgabe hat auch alles seine Richtigkeit, also kein Fehler o.ä. ersichtlich.

Thanks for the log! The problem seems to be caused by insufficient memory, especially since you're using a 32 bit OS. Please try to reduce your view distance and especially detail distance in the settings, that might solve the issue.
According to the screenshot, your game is not able to communicate with our servers at all (the icon in the top right should be green, and there should be your playername visible instead of "UnknownPlayer"). Either something is blocking the game (is there any other 'security' software installed?), or it's not possible to establish a SSL connection (caused by wrong systemtime [yes, the time at the bottom right], messed up certificates etc.).
What happens when you visit https://www.rising-world.net/? Do you receive a warning, or are you able to access the page without any problems?
Strange.. please open console when you're ingame (key ^ or ´) and type "report" (without quot. marks), then a file called "report" should appear in your game directory (steam/steamapps/common/risingworld). Please upload this file here.

Das wär Super, unser Neuschwanstein-Bauprojekt musste leider gestoppt werden, da die Türme zu hoch sind
Dann sind das aber reichlich hohe Türme? Oder habt ihr auf einem Berg gebaut? 
Reichen euch denn überhaupt weitere 64 Blöcke in die Höhe?

Welchen Befehl gibst du denn genau ein, um dich zur Position zu teleportieren? Wenn du nämlich x y z Koordinaten eingibst, solltest du eigentlich auch exakt an dieser Stelle landen.
Das mit den Dummyspielern ist noch ein Bug, das wird noch gefixed. Das zieht natürlich das Problem mit sich, dass wenn man sich zu einem Spieler teleportieren will, man häufig beim Dummy landet...

When using the Steam version, the installed Java version does not matter, since the game uses an own JVM.
Does the game freeze when rotating (so everything freezes, grass no longer waves in air etc.), or does only the movement freeze?

Leider nein, die Höhe ist fest im Spiel vorgegeben. Wir werden das nach oben hin aber evtl. um einen Chunk erweitern (d.h. 64 Blöcke).
