In the future they will mainly serve as decoration. Putting them in a vase for example, as you already expected. Eventually they will also be used to get different dyes, and for alchemy stuff ofc.
We always wanted to add different varieties, already made some preparations. I hope we get them ready for the next big update.
And about your last question: Yes, soon they can be replanted, as well as trees/saplings and all other plants/corns 
This is my largest project yet, not sure if I will be able to complete it this weekend, so many details to finish yet.

Yes horses are planned But unfortunately they won't make it into the first animal update, it's a lot of work and we need adequate animations first.
But I like the idea that you have to tame/train them first!

Schade um den Verlust, aber das neue Gebäude gefällt mir richtig gut, das Haus ist wirklich sehr stimmig eingerichtet, die Atze Schröder Sofas sind vielleicht Geschmackssache, aber ansonsten ausgezeichnet, und auch von außen macht das Gebäude nen klasse Eindruck! Du müsstest vielleicht nur noch auf der Unterseite des Daches umgedrehte Rampen platzieren, dann ist das Dach perfekt!

Ja, wie gesagt, Treppen kann man noch nicht umdrehen. Rampen kann man aber normalerweise umdrehen, man kann sie allerdings (noch) nicht seitlich legen
Das sieht ausgezeichnet aus, ich mag die modernen Bauwerke generell!! Mir gefällt vor allem auch, wie du die die Holzplanken (oder Balken?) dezent eingesetzt hast! Eine kleine bauliche Veränderung würde ich evtl. noch erwägen: Man kann zwar Treppen leider noch nicht auf den Kopf stellen (als Unterseite für den Teil des Daches, der übersteht), aber dafür Rampen (Pfeiltasten hoch/runter wenn ausgewählt). Müsstest du mal prüfen, ob das positiv zum Gesamteindruck beiträgt.
