i missed rising world for a long time, i want to play again and i linked my account but when i try to go to the license page i get the error "Access denied. You’re not authorized to view this page.", I don't know how to download the game however, i have the key to activate it

i have a keyboard that has no numpad...so how can i change the "0" key used in buildings in another key? there is not this option
