The game is bound to your local ip instead of your external it seems!

In your server.properties leave this blank

leave server ip and server query_ip blank from what I am told. not 0.0.0.0 though you can use your external ip adress for the server ip address and I have had it work but you have to use the ip address to enter from the local matchine rather then 1.0.0.127

On 1 photos server_ip, server_query_ip I did not write the address.
Maybe it's because of Windows 10? I don't know what to think.
On W7 everything worked well. I don't know how to live
