Is there a way I can convert the j3o models to other 3d formats? If so, is there a free program that can do this? I am trying to import the models into sketchup!

J3o is a file format used by the JMonkeyEngine (to store scene information, but in case of RW it only contains models). Converting it to other formats (like .obj) is technically possible (you have to open the model in JMonkey and write your own converter), but AFAIK there are no tools for that available out of the box...
