Unfortunately there is no multiplayer in this update yet, it solely focuses on building. This update already introduces so many extensive changes under the hood, and multiplayer is also a quite complex update - releasing both features at the same time would introduce too much issues, and it would be difficult to find bugs.
However, large parts of the multiplayer are already implemented. This time it won't take too long until the multiplayer update becomes available
