How do I move blueprints with precision like I can Building Elements? Sometimes I can use precision and sometimes it doesn't work!

With 'setl and setr. Only works with blueorints that do not contain any blocks. Java-version.

Choose blueprint
Left click mouse to temporarily hold the bp in place
And then adjust with arrow keys or pgup/dn like with planks and beams
As deirdre mentioned there must be no regular blocks involved.
Use setr for rotation precision, setp for positioning precision
