use this tool it has the right java file included, you can copy the java.exe file to your RW folder or try installing java 8 from this linkhttps://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp < if you already have java installed, uninstall that one and reinstall it using this one.

Thank You, I've been deleting a lot of files - I've got java 64 now again.
As mentioned by yahgiggle , this error occurs if a wrong Java version is installed. The game only supports Java 8 (64 bit)
