On the Java version you used to be able to space out planks when drawing out a line of them, while holding the left mouse key and pressing an arrow or maybe the + key? does anyone know if that still exists, and how? Would be useful making fences, or decks etc. that need spacing between the slats.

Its the same for Unity. Aim, hold left key, drag with mouse and use +/- to wide or shrink the gap. place with right mouse button

Yeah like Avanar said, hold down your left mouse button drag as many blocks/planks as you like and tap + to increase the gap between them - to shrink right mouse click to place.

The difference is, you have to remove every piece individually by mistake and if you pull planks with grids , you have to reduce the grid after manually as well. That's why I don't like the system anymore.

Thanks all! Good to know that, Deirdre. So don't make mistakes then! Got it.
