Changing texture with console

In creative mode with "edit texture id" and with tool F8.

A command overview will be shown with "commands"

If you don't know the texture id, you can also just type edit texture (without id) into console, this brings up a texture selection Or alternatively use the F8 edit tools in creative mode (that's basically the UI version of the "edit" console command)
