Hmm... this is an internal Unity error. You could try to verify the files, as suggested by noci and james1bow , just to make sure no files are corrupted...
However, I'm afraid that this error is because of Windows Server 2012... we've updated to Unity 6, and they dropped support for older Windows versions unfortunately (Windows 7 and Windows 8). Since Windows Server 2012 is based on Windows 8, chances are high that it's just no longer supported by Unity

Thanks Red I appreciate the help, that saves me allot of time messing around with redistributors , I will install server 2016 which i think is based on windows 10 and retry
