I have it, you have to install World Protection first, then migrate and then it works for me too.
LandClaim -- a more simple robust WorldProtection type plugin.

You don't need to install world protection first, maybe restarting the server fixed your problem as it sounds like the plugin was never loaded, but happy its now working for you.

Glaub mir, wenn ich dir sage ich habe den Server mehrmals neu gestartet und die Plugins wurden ordnungsgemäß geladen.
Ich konnte auch unter Berechtigung die Einstellungen für LandClaim ändern.
Leider kann Ich dir aber nicht sagen, warum ( Shift +L ) erst nachdem ich den World Protection plugin geladen habe, alles funktioniert hat.
Ich wollte dir noch danken für deine tolle Arbeit und Mühe, die du mit uns teilst, du machst eine tolle Arbeit danke.
Believe me when I tell you I restarted the server several times and the plugins loaded correctly.
I was also able to change the LandClaim settings under Permissions.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you why everything only worked after I loaded the World Protection plugin (Shift+L).
I just wanted to thank you for the great work and effort you've shared with us. You're doing a great job, thank you.

Ja hatte ich, das hat das ganze Spiel ständig zum Absturz gebracht.
Seit ich ihm wieder runter geschmissen hab, geht es wieder.

I've not looked into this yet but from the screen shot it looks like model loader disables the event listener for the uiclickevent witch would cause other plugins to fail if that event has been disabled ?
